Donation to the Sokolac Primary School

The Primary School in Sokolac was founded in 1875 and is one of the oldest schools in the northeastern part of BiH. The School works with children from the first to the ninth grade and has a gym for physical education classes, which is very poorly equipped, and the existing equipment and props for classes are worn out.

Aware of the fact that fewer and fewer children are involved in sports and physical activities, and in order to provide their students with the best possible teaching conditions and develop a love for sports, the school management asked us to buy balls for physical education. We all know how important sport is for the proper growth and development of children, especially at school age, so EKI within the Socially Responsible Activities during 2021 allocated funds for this school, and bought the necessary balls for football, basketball, handball and volleyball.

The school principal and the physical education teacher expressed their gratitude for this donation and pointed out that the balls will help them a lot in their further work. According to the curriculum from 5^th to 9^th grade, various sports are planned and included, so their classes will now be much easier and of better quality.
