Muhamed Kadrić from Breza has been proving every day for the past ten years that it is possible to succeed in the countryside if you have the will, a vision, and the support of your family. He started from scratch, on a property that didn’t have a single business facility. Today, a decade later, Muhamed runs a successful agricultural estate with 30 cows, milk and dairy production, as well as seedling cultivation in greenhouse conditions.

His love for the land and livestock, along with the desire to provide a stable income for his family, have been his driving force. Although it hasn't always been easy, Muhamed never gave up. There were moments when it seemed like his plans would fail, but he persistently kept going, convinced that hard work would pay off. He now proudly says that perseverance and faith in his own work are the key to his success.

In his work, he relies most on his family – they work together, develop, and expand the farm. The income they generate is sufficient for a decent life, and the plans for the future are ambitious. Muhamed is constantly looking for ways to improve his production, and for some time now, he has been supported by loans from the EKI Microcredit Foundation.

Muhamed knows that success doesn’t come overnight and that behind every liter of milk and every seedling lies a lot of time, effort, care, and sacrifice.
