EKI donation to the Public High School of Civil Engineering, Mostar

Another significant step towards supporting the education of young people has taken place in Mostar, in a school where students acquire various knowledge, primarily skills, that will help them build their future effectively. The Public High School of Civil Engineering is a place where the minds of future engineers and technicians are shaped, and it currently has around 220 students and 48 dedicated teachers.

The school administration approached EKI with a request for assistance in acquiring sports equipment for physical education classes. As a socially responsible institution committed to supporting education in the communities where it operates, EKI responded affirmatively to their request. The donation consisted of various equipment such as footballs, volleyballs, basketballs, basketball hoops, chessboards, uniforms for students, and more.

Regarding donations, specifically those enabling the procurement of sports equipment, it is not just material assistance to students; it is a way to encourage students to engage in physical activity and adopt a healthier lifestyle, which is unfortunately often neglected among young people today.

During the handover of the equipment, the school director, Sanela Mesihović, warmly thanked EKI for the assistance. Teachers and students now have the opportunity to organize higher-quality classes and grow and develop through sports activities.
