EKI Donation to Elementary School

The Public Elementary School "Sjenjak" is located in Tuzla. This nine-year school currently has about 590 students from the local communities of Brčanska Malta, Sjenjak, and Slavinovići. The school was built in 2004 through a donation from the Japanese government, and with the help of various donations and grants, they received a sports hall only in 2018, and its equipment has been ongoing since then.

The range of sports equipment in this school was quite limited. They had two balls for each sport and lacked props and competitive equipment for volleyball, despite having a high-quality women's volleyball team. The school administration reached out to EKI for help in acquiring sports props and equipment to ensure the quality of physical education classes.

EKI willingly responded to their request and donated the necessary sports equipment. The hardworking students of this school, achieving excellent results in various competitions, truly deserved to be rewarded. Since the school administration was unable to secure the desired conditions for teaching from school financial resources, this donation will be of great assistance in that process. They expressed great gratitude to EKI, and we are confident that physical education classes will be conducted more effectively in the coming period.
