Donation to the Primary School “1st of March” in Jelah
The Primary School “1st of March” is located in Jelah. The school consists of three connected buildings and a gym for physical education. It is currently attended by 775 students. Due to the frequent use and a large number of students, the equipment and props for physical education in the school are quite worn out.
Referring to the saying “a healthy mind in a healthy body” and with the desire for students to be able play sports and thus be more active and healthier, EKI donated the necessary sports equipment to this primary school as part of EKI’s Socially Responsible Actions Project. New balls for various sports, mats, volleyball net, basket nets, weight scales and the like were procured, and these will certainly improve the quality of classes in this part of the curriculum.
The purchased equipment was handed over to the representatives of the school, who expressed their great gratitude and stated that this donation will help them a lot in teaching physical education.
