Donation at the Secondary Vocational School, Bugojno

The Secondary Vocational School is one of the three secondary schools in Bugojno and is attended by students from urban and suburban settlements in this municipality. The students have the opportunity to seek their future employment opportunities in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, traffic and trade. One of the problems that the school faces is the lack of adequate space for physical training education, as well as the lack of sports equipment and props for quality teaching process.

As important as it is for them to choose their profession correctly, it is just as important for them to choose healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle along the way, and they can achieve that with regular physical training. Wanting to enable their students to do so, the employees of this school addressed EKI with request for assistance. EKI gladly responded to the request and through the Socially Responsible Actions Project, EKI realized the donation of necessary sports equipment and props. The donation covered four basic sports that young people are mostly interested in. Balls for football, basketball, volleyball and handball were procured, as well as gymnastics equipment.

The School Principal and staff members of the School thanked EKI for the donation, emphasizing that in this way they were enabled to perform better quality physical training education classes.
