Success Stories of Clients – Fehim Fileković

Fehim Fileković from Bihać has been nurturing his love for beekeeping for more than four decades. It is a passion that has lasted since childhood, when he took his first steps among the beehives with his grandfather. He gained his first independent beekeeping experience back in 1982, when he first acquired bees and started honey production. Since then, much has changed, but Fehim’s dedication to this work has remained just as strong.

Over the years, he has invested in his knowledge and participated in various competitions and fairs. The results followed – he has won multiple awards for quality, and quality has been the foundation of his work for many years. Fehim believes that true success is not built overnight, but created gradually, through persistent work and love for what you do.

His greatest support in his work is his wife, who participates in all stages of production. Together, they provide a stable and secure life for their family. Their loyal customers already know that Fehim’s honey is of top quality, so each season’s yield is quickly sold out, often even before extraction.

To further improve and expand production, Fehim has used loans from the EKI Microcredit Foundation. This support, as he says, was of great importance in expanding production capacity.

Today, he proudly emphasizes that every effort is worthwhile when you love what you do, and this is also his advice to everyone who wants to engage in similar work: first and foremost, love what you do and make sure you do it with quality.

EKI Business Club

So far, Fehim has not used the EKI Business Club for free promotion of his products, but he states that he plans to use it in the future, and says the following: “I am familiar with how the EKI Business Club functions and I believe it is a good platform for sharing experiences with people from the same field, because we are all learning and improving throughout our lives if we want to progress. It is also a good tool for placing products throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.”
